How to Pay

On-Line

  1. After selecting any item - go to your cart and click on the paypal logo which appears at the bottom of the page
  2. Simply follow instructions to pay via your credit card or paypal - for free. If you "return to merchant" you can view the changes in our database in real time
  • Please note - if your credit card is already registered with paypal - when you come to pay you should select to log-in and use their system - for free

Off-Line

  1. Make a note of any item you are interested in and simply email us so we can reserve it for you
  2. Let us know how you would like to pay - cheque, postal order, cash on collection
  3. We will take it off our database, email you and await payment

Our Guarantee

Every effort is made to ensure that our Violet Wands are in tip top condition and we have a great deal of good faith with our clients / customers

You have a two week cooling off period from despatch (three weeks for our international customers) where you can return it without question for a refund

After that - our guarantee lasts for six months and covers defects to the control unit, the glass / metal attachments and the case. The only exceptions are the HV coil in the wand handle - which we cannot cover if it is over used. Please note, it is only fair that we cannot cover your costs in returning it to us, but we will return it to you free of charge or give a full refund including our initial delivery costs to you.

 

After Sales / Restoration

  • We can replace virtually any damaged / broken glass electrode
  • Fully repair and restore the electrics and case
  • Replace damaged or missing components - cracked wands, knobs, switches, etc
  • Depending on age - replace old cables and defective capacitors
  • If you have a valuable unit - replace a defective HV coil in the wand handle

We give free estimates / quotes for repair - just contact us for our address. Simply post it to us without the delicate glass electrodes. Pack well and insure and it should be fine. Alternatively - we are at the LAM on the first Sunday of every Month (LAM - London Alternative Market / Clapham / London / UK)
