We always use this service for anything valued above £500 but you can also change this option yourselves if you want a quicker service. However, please allow an additional day for packing.

Some prefer to collect in person (Hammersmith / London) which can be arranged or even from the London Alternative Market / London / UK - which we normally attend on the first Sunday of every month

Please add one day extra to all the above as we process orders in the evening and post the day after you order.

On-Line

After selecting any item - go to your cart and click on the paypal logo which appears at the bottom of the page
Simply follow instructions to pay via your credit card or paypal - for free. If you "return to merchant" you can view the changes in our database in real time

Please note - if your credit card is already registered with paypal - when you come to pay its best to log-in to paypal and use their system - for free

Off-Line

Make a note of any item you are interested in and simply email us so we can reserve it for you
Let us know how you would like to pay - cheque, postal order, cash on collection
We will take it off our database, email you and await payment

Our Guarantee

We guarantee all our violet wands for one year from the date of purchase - that's everything. There are a few conditions which are common with all manufactured or refurbished items. For instance, it should not be abused, dropped, control knobs forced, etc, etc.

There are two kinds of hv coil in the hand piece which are also covered in the guarantee.

The original wax paper coils - these should really not be used for more than 15 minutes at a time before letting them cool down for a while (say 20 - 30 minutes) - but if they do fail in normal circumstances - you can send it back for a replacement
Modern polymer coil replacements - which can work for slightly longer but not all night - again if in the rare events that these fail, you can get a replacement

You have a two week cooling off period from purchase or despatch (three weeks for our international customers) where you can return it without question for a refund

After Sales / Restoration

We can replace virtually any damaged / broken glass electrode
Fully repair and restore the electrics and case
Replace damaged or missing components - cracked wands, knobs, switches, etc
Depending on age - replace old cables and defective capacitors
If you have a valuable unit - replace a defective HV coil in the wand handle

We give free estimates / quotes for repair - just contact us for our address. Simply post it to us without the delicate glass electrodes. Pack well and insure and it should be fine.
