• 1930s with a lovely textured fascia
  • The five most useful electrodes
  • Fully restored inside and out
  • Sensations - low to high
  • Works on 250V (UK and Europe) and 120V (North America)

This lovely device dates back to the early 1930's. Fully restored and fully functional its really very attractive

It packs quite a punch for its size and is no less powerful than many of our larger devices. With the essential five electrodes its an excellent starter kit or for those more experienced alike.

The control unit is built into the case and has a patterned bakelite fascia.

Power is controlled by a the main dial on the top and controls a potentiometer.

Power we would describe as low to high

Naturally we have replaced the cables with modern flexible PVC and refurbished the internal electrics to the highest possible standards allowing for the original design. This includes new capacitors, double insulated interior wiring, cleaning the tremblers and tuning them, securing the cables so they can neither be pulled out or pushed in - plus of course, a total refurbishment of the case.

If you live in North America you may find this unit is more powerful if you invest in a small UK to US transformer/adaptor. They are rated at 40Watts and seem to cost around $15 in the US. The unit runs well on the 110V option and 120V supply but runs better on the 220V option and a 240V supply.
