This lovely little unit is very compact for the number of electrodes it holds. It is also in excellent original condition and dates from the late 1920's.

POWER - is controlled by the knob on the side of the control unit and adjusts the contact breakers - ranging from a medium low to very high - so take care

The polymer coil in the handset can operate for longer than the original wax paper one and is also far more potent at high levels.

Naturally, electrical restorations means exactly that. New cables, new internal double insulated wiring, new capacitor (3000V poly axial) , cleaning and tuning the contact breakers, NEW cable retention, etc, etc - above and way beyond the original specification.
